Prince is coming to late night TV! His Purple Badness just signed on to appear for three consecutive nights on the The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, marking the first time that any artist has appeared on the show more than two nights in a row.
Prince will appear on March 25, 26 and 27, to help promote his two new studio albums, LOtusFLOW3R and MPLSoUND, which hit Target stores around the country on March 29. The set will also include a third CD, titled Elixer, which features Prince’s new artist, Bria Valente. Prince and Target are pricing the three-CD compilation at $11.98.
Prince will also join Leno one last time on May 28, which is the day before Leno signs off for the last time as host of the long-running The Tonight Show.
You can listen to one song from each of Prince’s new albums, including one by Bria Valente, here. Once there, click on the television set on the bottom left of your screen to see a nice clip of Prince performing “Turn Me Loose” during a previous Tonight Show appearance.
